Army group south ( 1944 endgame )

they said , map has units as historical reality

at 1944 army group south has 2 german army + 2 hungarian army and they have a lot of armored divisions

so why ıt has only militias and no armored units ?

I dont remember any volksstrum unit in balkans and italy at ww2 where are armored units ? at least give them a few anti tank units

did they fight until end with militias ? I didnt look saturday event and 3 new countries but I guess they probably have more armored units than army group south

anyone can explain the situation of this map please ?
