Not all Germanies will attack Poland. Some players who play Germany actually help out Poland.

I would say the best countries are Germany, USA, Canada, Brazil, British India, Nationalist China, and Japan.

Almost every historical Ww2 map I played Poland dies in the first day.

Depends if you-re going solo or not. For solo, probably USA (slow but firm development, just watch your coasts), Germany (military buffed in the start) or maybe Japan if you take over China as you really don't have matches in the Pacific Coast for the first week almost (but watch out land wars). Seen some really powerful Australia or Brazil, when left unmolested they tend to get really strong.

I like Germany- easy prey right beside you and good economy, army etc. In my opinion USA is'snt that good early game because countless times I have played as Japan and attacked the west coast easily.
