Best economy: Germany.
Best location: The Pacific.
Best Land country: North USA.
Best Naval Country: United Kingdom and Japonese Empire.

Best location: The Pacific.
Best Land country: Hard to tell, but I would say Colorado or California.
Best Naval Country: United Kingdom and Italy.
