Best Strategy on Swift Strike Mode?

Hi I wanted to know what you guys do for Swift Strike, so far what I've learned is either do 3 tank plants + 2 Baracks and just make light tank spams or do tac bomber spam since they can refuel and attack fast

the strat according to jeff starbucks is to attack when people are sleeping, build Planes and Fast moving units, also SP arty and SP rockets
