The thumbnail already says it all.

EDIT I didn't even watch it with sound (in a room with two other people, one of whom is trying to study, didn't have earbuds with me) and I had trouble stopping myself from laughing. Although the funniest bit is where John Smith initially appears. I can tell the artist had fun with the Brits.
