Can you win with light tanks? I see lots of player recently using lots of light tank. But is it actually that good of a strategy?

A good foxy friend used to have that strategy… but it is now outdated. You’ll have to use other things to make victories. Planes and arty simply destroy them. An option is to combine them with other fast units like motorized and then use them to kill small enemy stacks and grab Uk large amount of empty land. Planes and especially artillery would do most of the damage while those units on land crush small stacks and take territory.

Also depends what doctrine you're playing as. You stand a better chance with Pan-Asian as they get buffs against unarmoured and light armour.

This stratetgy i used, once but lost so badly with it. There was a whole argument thread about it. No support, no planes, no anti air, onky tanks and tanks? IDK but Fox-Company, no offence but this is simply bad. 0/10.
