So I have produced about 10 capitals...built, paid for etc...perhaps the building existing ought to show in the icon bar? Hard to know if one had done it as the game progresses.
You can only build one, the other will get demolished. You basically shift the capitol every time you build one.matty0673 wrote:

You can only have one capital. Constructing one simply moves it around.
This is not noted as a province building, but by the flag location on the map.
