Are commando units visible when transporting on water?
Yes, they are.
I have considered stealth units as a recommendation, these should be in the form of a sabotage unit, once deployed in field combat, they will be able to sabotage enemy units, reveal some fog of war or insert into a city, these options will consume the unit.
Stealth Commandos.....probably a good feature for riverine warfare, however in COW there is not much option here.
On water, they are considered transports, and are not invisible.
