Is it me or does the commintern have a very long research timer. Like it takes me soo long to just get everything reseached. It takes like more than half a day to get 2 things researched which is a pain 
. I'd also like to say why does the commintern doctrine lack so much manpower I shouldn't need to build recruitment stations in the 2nd day.

I don't think the numbers are different, to may just seem like that because you were producing a lot, as it's cheaper than normal with that doctrine.
Maybe you only played Allied before? They're the only ones to have shorter research times.
