Ot depends on what map. If you are playing a world map try an island, such as Caribbean, Japan, UK, New Zealand, soMewhere in Australia, papa New Guinea, Borneo, or Sumatra.if you are playing a clash of nations map I recommend U.K., but if you canβt get that country try somewhere around the Mediterranean, a North American nation, or a Scandinavian nation.

Your suggestions are cool I have one more question. They have different doctrines and I cant decide which one is better for this strategy
It depends on what you are looking for. In my opinion, Allies is the best, because research and production times are decreased, so if you want to get many ships produced quickly, use Allies. However, if you want to use your ships for scouting primarily, I would choose Pan-Asian. If you want to have a powerful navy, use Axis. I wouldn't use Comintern for navies, but that is just my opinion.
Yes if you want to use this strategy I would highly recommend allies. If you donβt like allies then do pan-Asian. Donβt do axis and DEFINTELY donβt do Soviet.
Pan Asian is best for navy and air power check the doctrines tab to see the buffs you get.
which country do you suggest pan asia seems well Δ±t can research battleship first day others need to wait until second dayGeneral Tarkov wrote:

Well, allies isnβt too bad. You can research destroyers and aircraft carriers a few days early, and tactical and strategic bombers are also good for allies. If you prefer battleships, interceptors, and navy bombers, than pan-Asian is best though. If you are planning to do pan-Aisian I would recommend japan, because itβs close to Asia which has a lot of points, or phillipines or Papau New Guinea because they have a lot of islands next to them which are worth a lot on 1.5 as each island has a capitol worth 10 points and they donβt have much troops. If you are willing to try allies though I would strongly recommend New Zealand or U.K.Undaunted wrote:

In my opinion id choose korea because its a 1 way direct route to your land unless by sea. An you are able to quickly expand { Not saying this as a bias since I live in korea}
The only problem with Korea is that japan might attack you if you expand into Asia without caring about the ocean.General Tarkov wrote:

Thats why you focus on both have subs in the water ir destroyers by day 2 so any naval invasion is useless
Yeah but Korea at the start you must focus on many fronts where as Japan you can only get attacked from the west.General Tarkov wrote:
