Sorry, no. The premium accounts can only create the smaller maps. 10, 12, and 22 player maps for sure and maybe the 30 player one too. It’s been a while since I tried and I let my premium account expire.

Create world at war 100 map
I tried to create 100 map game, but can't seem to find it under my scenarios.

No, only the system can now create new 100 player maps, this is to keep to many empty 100 player maps from clogging up the servers which used to happen when you could create 100 player maps.

They are constantly being created, about 5-10 min after one fills up (100/100) another is created.
