- Go to the circle in the upper left corner of your screen that shows 3 people (It is beside the Newpapere circle).
- Once you open it you will see your relationship wth every country for your map.
- Go to the "Your Relationship" column and select the Dove on the line of the country you wish to attack.
- Click on the Dove and change it to the crossed swords icon
- Congratulations you are now at war with that county, and they will change to crossed swords as soon as you attack something.
