Disappointed!
We were getting into an awesome routine of events every two weeks, Arms Race followed by Speed Events were my favourites.
Now we've been more than a month without any specials.
I know work has continued on improving the game for which we are grateful but please, let's have those awesome events again.

Just saying, I don't join any of those special ones since I'm pretty sure there will be golders. I try to avoid them, but if I see one, I'll try.

the game play is quite different, in Arms Race u start with quite an army and lots of buildings maxed out and a lot of research done. However u have some resource issues.
Golders? Well u get them everywhere, not just these games.

Don't worry, events will be available soon again. We had a small break after the longer period of the Oktoberfest event. Glad that you guys enjoy our events!

they are really enjoyable and I was so looking forward to the fortnightly specials.
wouldn't it be better if the system generated an Arms Race map and a Speed Event automatically?
It's a very different style of playing from the normal COW game and makes a welcome addition.
I am now officially looking forward to their return.
