We can just make a lot of out accounts and go to tbe forum at the ame time. Also I thinks guest also counts as users.

Oh they care, my most recent match had a multiaccount user. I just hardcore proved it and posted it on the newspaper to get the lobby to unite against the guy. The player was removed within 6 hours of that as apparently multiple people reported him in response to my article.
