You get economic points for buildings: Barracks, ICs, Infra,Forts, etc.

What are the best ways to get maximum points for economic ranking?

What I found is that ICs and infra gives more econ points than barracks, forts, air bases, and naval bases. I'm not gonna include nuclear reactor because I haven't built much of them and they're too expensive to be worth just for grinding econ points.
