EPIC CoW moments!

I've got 2 times the resources once

Okay, so I am playing an all countries-all in game as New Zealand. I quickly made friends with Australia (I joined his coalition), and we planned to attack the colonies in Oceania first. But I noticed that even though Australia is level 103, he plays like a NOOB. He isn't using his 8 cities wisely and isn't producing much, as a matter of fact, I currently have 55 units, while he has only 41. Also, he doesn't do research much, the only thing he researches is his infantry, which is at level 4 (maybe 5) rn. Unlike me, who is actually attacking British/Japanese colonies, he isn't doing anything. I asked him to attack the Dutch East Indies. He said he would, but I am not seeing an troops movement.

In a 22p-game some months ago as Morroco, I decided to invade Cuba early on. Southern USA player was busy conquering all of the US. But he was pissed about it and promised me death an destruction for it.

So the US player, who eventually had conquered almost all of America, threw everything he had at me. Battleships, cruisers, army. I was locked in by Spain in the north and Libya in the east. So my resources were tight.

But because fury isn't your best friend and because revenge is a dish best served cold, the US player was wasting his many forces in a wide number of ill prepared attacks. Despite several succesful landings, I managed to drive everything out and sink his battleships.

After that, the traffic went the other way and my subs started sinking his fleet in the Atlantic. So what does a bruiser do in this case? He quit ofc
