Err,comintern overwhelmed enemy with number and low production cost but if you research it to higher level then it would be more powerful which should fix the doctorine weakness

faster healing at comintern doctrine
Comintern doctrine has a manpower advantage in game so what would happen ıf they have faster morale healing on units according to other doctrines ?
most of player doesnt like to playing comintern doctrine most of players certainly can say I dont like playing to comintern ıt seems this doctrine needs more
