Militia is usually better, if used correctly. Look at K's Militia thread

Militia is already bordering OP, absolutely no reason to buff them. It is not my fault that people neglect it and prefer heavy tanks.

If you want to think up suggestions for bad/underperforming units, consider:

- Heavy Tanks (too expensive, too slow)

- Mechanized infantry (too complicated, too late, building too slow)

- Commando's (designed to have stealth but in practice they don't have it)

- SP units of all kinds (the speed advantage simply isn't big enough)

- Destroyers (barely able to do their main job)
