no, you have to set the time for the unit you select but not a bunch of units gathering at the same spot and the same time automatically

You can just select all the units, give them all a move order, put a delay longer than the time it takes them all to move to said location. It is easy. But I understand the appeal to an even easier option, despite it already being easy.

(you can actually skip that third part I said. All you need to do is highlight the units, give a move order, hit delay button, and it does it for you)
