Forum or Discord?
Which do you prefer, the forum or the "forum discord server"? If you had to pick one, which one would you be more active in? This is to see if we should try to revive the forum or continue using the discord

There's plenty of other good servers on discord apart from this particular one (which I admit I've never been to). It just a completely different way of communication. Discords comments are gone once ten more lines have been typed after it, forum talk is much more durable. A "Discord Forum Server" is an internal contradiction, in my opinion.

Seems like the developers keep trying to reinvent the wheel, I do not really get the point of discord, it seems to be an unorganized hot mess.

I think the "Forum discord server" the OP is talking about is one created by members of the forum community; there's also an "official" Call of War discord server that's different AFAIKrdy2rocknroll wrote:

I think this is the wrong question altogether. Forums are a throwback to the past, and that's cool, especially for those people who used to sit and use various forums. Discord is for the new generation who are used to sitting in such social networks, it is of course much more convenient and faster, but still, forums have their own aura, an aura of warmth and old-school.

The old group might get replaced by new players but it will be here.
We have active members here that has been on the forum for 8 years, @K.Rokossovski and others will be living proof that this particular forum will not go extinct any time soon.
