I argued back to russ in the Newspaper, and then brought the arguement to the forum. russ never attempted to make it stop, he kept breaking the rules. I captured Warsaw. I should have got the win, but because everyone ignored it, I didnt. When he had captured Finland and the Baltic, we agreed a peace in which he would get all of Finland and the Baltic and I paid 95k resources as reparations but nothing more. He violated this and kept on pushing south, even though we had agreed a peace deal. Then I got force surrendered, even though the war in which he decided to just take more land for no reason was illegitimate, as we had already agreed peace. I complied and we made a peace deal. We had peace for two days after that. Then he wanted Norway, I tried to object, but knew it would be to no affect. He decided to march his troops right through Ostersund, one of my cities with a stack of 10 in it, and he said that my artillery had opened fire on him first, and that was why he had taken not only the city, but also Stockholm, my capital, and everything north of it. My artillery did open fire on him, but that would be expected if he marched his troops right up to the city, after declaring war, what could I have done to stop that? Then, yesterday, without a decalration of war, after having to give my provinced back, took them all and nuked me twice. All throught the game he has been commiting rulebreaks such as use of unit cards and use of blueprints, even when told to stop. SO CAN YOU STOP CALLING ME A FUCKING RAVING MADMAN!!!!

Capturing a capital literally does not force surrender, AND HIS CAPITAL WAS IN FUCKING MOSCOW.
