You can report in the bug issue area. There is a pinned thread about it. Write your game number to let them know.
Gaming not work
Since after this morning update everything was so slow.. now it doest allow me to enter in game.. its me or you too got this problem?

To be honest i play with friends and everyone is facing the same problem just after the update.. i believe its something related to their update then be our problem only.
Maybe it is a server problem or something, it does not affect me...Just state this as well and maybe state where you are to the Bytro administrators in the thread I told you about. Report here if you cannot enter game I believe it is internet issues because of the slow speed and lag, the people there cannot go in completelyC88 wrote:

My connection is a 200 megabit upload&donwload.. so its not my connection but as you said in the other post many ppl having this problem right now

I have 12 current maps and none of them will load. So I would say this is not a individual player issue.

how do i contact the staff members? and any screenshot would be uselless it get ages to just load the game and once you are inside its like having a normal match but any order you do it takes severals minutes to real apply on game just like massive lag would do
