Gold Email

I typed in the right email but for some reason every time I go to my email account, its not there. Its not in Junk, other or focused and I have clicked the Resend multiple times. I have a good internet connect and I have not flagged bytro or COW as spam. Its not in my deleted or ALL mail either. Help?
