If you click on the gold icon in the top right corner, and then click "support" in the bottom of that window, you can create a support ticket about the gold not paying out.
Please provide information like:
When you did the survey
Which survey company it was through
Which survey you did
How much gold it should have been
Whether or not you truthfully provided your information as requested
Sadly, some survey companies are better than others, and the gold is not paid out until Bytro is. If you ask around, some players are more than willing to tell you which survey companies they have used and gotten the gold for without issue. Stick with those companies
