good players and active alliances

it is very hard to find an active alliance I'm bored with playing alone because games are very easy enemies only want to do kamikaze attack no strategy no tactics when I capture half of world I'm going to inactive most of times no challange no fun

shortly I want to fight with experienced players I'm trying to find an active alliance to fight with other alliances but I cant why this game hasnt more active and good alliance ? why most of players are very beginner ? how can I find good players ?
