Hello, I am banned in the chat, probably because I have 1 other account, but I havent used my other for awhile now, and now I am permanent banned in the chat, what do i do to get unbanned.

Hello, I am permanent banned in the chat. What should I do?
I will even remove my other account as long as I can get unbanned. If not possible, Ill just remove all my accounts and start a new one.
