I go at 3% and below regularly, especially in HWW games - trust me, it’s a pain to deal with Liberia declaring war whilst all your 300 units are dealing with the USSR on day 20!

I have a vague recollection of reaching 0%, but it could just be a false memory or a dream. I've certainly reached 1% and will do in the future very easily.Carking the 6th wrote:

If it’s possible, then I’ve definitely reached it before. I don’t remember if the minimum is 1 or 0% though.

It’s mainly just in HWW as a major, it takes so much time to take everyone over including the tiny AIs in some continents that by the end basically everyone hates you.NEPTUNE the great wrote:
