How do you make maps of provinces in COW?
I have seen some people put maps on here and I cant find how you make maps of cow out side of the game

I've been wanting to do this for awhile, unfortunately the developers haven't ever released templates of the full maps(which are obviously altered from the real world).
Someone would have to create a template of the world map by hand.. maybe I'll give it a go within the next few days
