How many games do you usually have running together?

I usually only play one game at a time so I can divert my full focus to it and still get the large workload from school done but I’m curious about how many games you guys and girls run at once. Also if you want to contribute to the conversation more you can post how you manage your games and balance them with real life because I’m curious about how others manage to work CoW into their busy (or if your fortunate not so busy) schedule as well.
