How powerful is the Level 3 Flame Tank?

If anyone has used the L3 Flame Tank, how good is it? Does it work wonders? How can it be used best?

Well....it makes BBQ out of infantry like no other grill. Superb brisket meat .

You can also make good BQQ with it after turning the tank into a giant grill when you bomb it with your attack bombers!
