You can retire from a map when only 3 players active or one player must reach enough victory points to win the game.

How to finish a 100 man map or end it?
Hello, I have been in a 100 man war for sometime. We would like to end it with our small alliance that is all that is left alive. When does the option to end a 100 man war become available?

let the major player get one or two 20 points provinces from all allies, should be enough
