How to not have my army vaporize?!?!
How do I deal with not having troops. Like I sent my troops to germany, cause france wasn't contributing enough, and i ended up having to push all the way through poland and then romania. I took a LOT of damage to my troops and it saddens me that my once 45 unit army has now shrunk to merely 21 units. 2 of these are submarines and most of the others are barely alive. Belarus and Ukraine went AI, so now they're going to be a pain in the ass to defeat. My resources isn't a problem, it's just my manpower. I don't have the troops to deal with this. On top of that, Quebec keeps being a pest by attacking my mainland. I know I can help my team win in Europe, but if Ukraine and Belarus really push hard, I'll be screwed.

Recruitment offices, and you can't allow your core provinces to be taken like that. It destroys local industry, recruitment offices, and morale. This hurts your production, including manpower. Protect your core at all costs if you want to build and support an effective army.
