HWW Game
Looking for a game where everyone won’t go inactive? Let’s try our luck here!
The premise will be simple, a simple HWW game that anyone can join, and play as usual. Come over and feel free to reserve a country. Game will most likely be ranked unless enough outcry comes out. Game date to be declared.
There are only two issues. I do not have premium, so we will need a brave and noble soul to create the game and code.
Furthermore, this will end up most likely costing gold, since it’s an HWW. This thread shows how you can gain gold on PC if required: How to get Booster Cards on PC
Riding off my Soviet High, I will be reserving myself the Union, sorry, but the motherland (or fatherland, don’t forget the fathers!) needs me! Glory to the Union!

Good point. What differentiates an intermediate and pro player is spacial awareness: it usually comes through experience. For example, I could sense from a mile away who Car's targets were in the match, and can prolly guess the next potential ones as well.Carking the 6th wrote:

thats different, its CarKing, i thought more of him
See, this is the thing. What’s so special about me anyway? And thought more of me as in I’d sit around and do nothing? Who exactly do I attack? This game needs to move and end, and I said myself that this is going to be a regular game; fighting each other, underhanded tactics included as well. We never even had share map. I have to attack people to win man, especially in a 3,000 point map. There is nothing personal about it.-VIP- wrote:

I thought the Japanese navy was invincible? What, Aragosta, didn't expect that I had naval experience? Something wrong, Grand Empress? Your backstabbing isn't going quite as planned?
is going nicely for me.
too bad its currently just an unending stalemate in Hong Kong.

I didn’t betray anyone, we were never allies in the first place.India saw my convoys crossing to attack Burma, held by the UK, and decided to sink them, with the bullshit justification that I was intending to attack them. China joined in, saying it had been planned from the start, which is where my issues arise. And of course, to top the lot off, Japan decided to betray me after several agreements. I was expecting that, at least, a snake is always a snake. But this tells me a lot about what the heart of the game is from another player's perspective, at least in the Far East. And it sure as hell ain't fun._Pyth0n_ wrote:
Hol up explain the situation again? Wolf got betrayed by Aragosta (I saw that from a mile away) but what else happened?
You sent a message to Persia to beat the crap out of me which is quite intimidating.
How am I supposed not to feel threatened when you got that message and saw convoys there?
It's just the beginning. I've been betrayed a lot worse and lost gold way too much than just 5k.
Why did you have to send that message to Persia? Think before you talk.
You make yourself a victim while in diplomacy you act like the greatest player.
I already told you to backoff and you didn't.
If you had let go of Siam and didn't message Persia to beat me up, this wouldn't have happened.
It's your decision and your decision is your responsibility.
If you complaint about losing 5k golds than I've lost about 90k golds in a single game that I've played only to be destroyed, but I understand that's my choice.
You? Here you complain about the game.
If you were less intimidating and know how to compromise, you wouldn't have to suffer this way!
I don't care if you want to call me a snake or other animal, Wolf.
But let me tell you something.
When you come to another player and message them, think about what's the worst could happen.
You instead come up with a dirty plan knowing that you'll be betrayed anyway and still believing!
So, who's fault is this?
We will begin with a reign of terror. A few murders here and there, murders of great men, murders of little men, just to show we make no distinction.

I've warned you, Wolf.
Aragosta probably doesn't really feel want to destroy your ships since if she conquered all of your provinces...
All of your troops automatically disappear, so there's no point in defeating them really.
I've been betrayed so many times, everyone here in this game has been betrayed many times, and probably worse than you do.
I tried to give you an understanding that Siam will not be in your hands once I conquer all of it. You giving Persia a message like that doesn't intimidate me at all...instead, you have awoken a deeper doubt of my thoughts of letting you live for the rest of the game and it automatically turns every other machine of others to do the sane act as well.
I don't want to do this, Wolf...trust me, I don't...
But I want to live and Amotah safe...so I've to make a choice...
I'm not this kind of person...betraying isn't my best suit, but if I have to...I'll make sure it's painful and make a mark to them to show that I won't just sit there and watch.
Those ships can go around as long as you want, but once our land troops arrive in your place...there's no way of stopping it.
You barely sound friendly and negotiate in diplomacy.
You talk as if they're intimidated and will follow your lead and instead, it's just making them pissed off....You can be the dragon...but there's always a bigger dragon out there.
Stronger, faster, smarter, and etc
From Europe's perspective...this might be a peak for the real game to start as this war is getting hotter and hotter.
I look like a bad guy who has misunderstood you here...or maybe I am, but who knows if we both are the ones who actually lit the war without consciousness? But people will always see me as the biggest contributor to this matter and I won't deny that.
And I'm sorry once again that this happened to you...but there's no way that we can prevent this from happening. I know you're a skilled player, but that's not enough...not for everyone...as diplomacy is one of the big game changers in the game and some people are skilled at them.

I missed much of this drama, so here's my official explanation for my behaviour.
First in regards to the navy, I was asleep for much of that. I'm pissed off that I lost a carrier but not really that surprised, and frankly you're welcome to it, Manchukuo. I deserved that.
Second, I see no point in denying that from the start I was intending to backstab Manchukuo. However, my plan right up until yesterday was to give it until Day 12 to gain land, forces, resources etc. so the fight would be more balanced. China forced my hand by invading when he did; Russia outright told me that if I didn't take Manchukuo's core he would (that might actually have been more sporting as Carking didn't know said core was almost empty and would have gone in more cautiously) and I wasn't going to sit by and watch one of my allies being attacked. (Yes, I am allied with China. Deciding how permanent that alliance is will be left as an exercise for the reader.)
Basically, it was now or never. Your navy does make things a little more balanced but that frankly isn't hard.
I apologise for any hard feelings caused, and don't really have an excuse beyond 'this is war' (which you've already discussed).

Also if it wasn't that hard three majors would have found a way to kill it alreadyLady Aragosta wrote:

I think "Memento Mori" suits you best since you clearly forgot that you're technically surrounded by death threats.
Your convoys died in the most pathetic ways that possibly been more pathetic than my previous mistake of not sending my troops earlier in your place.
Accept defeat and no need to further discuss because I've every reason to counter-attack any arguments that you've made.

I don't know. Carking seems to be staying neutral, and China doesn't have a very big navy. And as stated I was asleep and unable to order a counterattack.
