Hypothesis..Mexican military rules the global south

With the drugs war at 100, 000 & counting does anyone disagree that the rulers of drugs geography (Mexico), that combined with Turkey and the Sinoloa connection, that these groups, outlawed, or not, have come to monopolise our statecraft...our statehood...this is another call of war....I only admonish thee. Hezbollah is yet to be outlawed, and their subsidiaries.
