I dont understand why we cant board our planes on a allied aircraft carrier

I am a landlocked country so I can’t build naval. I have tons of planes and want to send them to help my allies who are fighting overseas. But since I cannot use their aircraft carriers, I have to send them to the nearest land via transports, which is very risky. Please make it so that allies can use each other’s aircraft carriers.
