I've Never Figured This Out.
VP's are required to win, the VP required to win is not per 10's, but each city gives 10. For example:
2750 of 2952 VP's
Would you need 20 cities or 21?
^ This is all i need to know, if it counts as a win if you are less than 10 from the required, or if you must go over the required VP's.

In CoW 2.0, it is only possible to have VP totals of multiples of 10.
In your example, you would need at least 2960 VP to win.

Thanks, i knew you could only have 10's but i remember winning once when i was 7 points under the needed, so i was wondering if it was still that way.Brando Dilla wrote:
