this sounds a bit dumb but i want to try out something in a HWW map
I don't have a premium account so I can't create one
I want to be alone against AI and want to test out some stuff as Germany
I want to do that as we usually play against them so I want to test out their behaviour.
If anyone with a premium account wants to help then just leave a message below with your Call of War username and I'll contact you.
Or you can contact me.

Actually for the map that has been asked for you can also start using gold, I just checked and you can start one for 5k gold. Iirc premium players are only allowed to start one game per month, so rather than ask another person to sacrifice their one map pay your own way for yourself.

Then explain to me why I have the option to create a 1939 HWW map? Look and see. As you can plainly see my Premium Membership ran out in 2/1/17. Yet I have the ability to create the 1939 HWW. I believe this map was recently added to the list of Maps that any player can create.

In that case I would put in a ticket as it is not working as intended. Maybe a staff member, like Arcorian or Freezy will also address this.

That Holiday recap announcement segment mentioning the 1939 map was just a misworded reference to Private HWW Map - Release Notes

Would like staff, @Arcorian, to verify it either way as there is no update in the patch notes. Also if that is the case that it is misworded then the option to create it should be removed from non Premium Members create options.

Pretty sure you used to be able to create HWW maps for 5000 gold; I used to do it back in the day I think.
I have been baited before as well; doesn't stop the map queue from overflowing with half-full gold maps

The information in the Happy Holidays news post is indeed wrong. The HWW map can only be created by PA players. But you can join the games either with PA or the gold fee. I have updated the news piece. Sorry about the confusion!
