First part
1)River and bridge
I think CoW Should have bridge and river this would impact the gameplay and make logistic a big part of the game, I think you should have the capacity to destroy your bridge in order to stop your enemy from crossing the river also this would be more realistic since the river were a really important part of the strategy in the second world war (crossing the Rhine) plus you could have the great river like the Rhine the Danube or the Mississippi and a lot of others
2)Puppet state and annexation
I know a lot of people request the puppet state and some think it will be overcomplicated for new player, so I think it should not be ad to the clash of nation map. To create a puppet state you have to click on the ancient capital of an invaded country ad to click on the button pupating which give you the choice for the province and the city you want to add to your puppet. The puppet cannot have more than 5 city when you finish your puppet choice for the flag and the name of the puppet will pop up the flag and the name will change in function of the doctrine for example with Spain
With the allies : Republic of Spain with its flag or the kingdom of Spain
With the axis: Francist Spain or the falangist Spain
With the Comintern: Communist Spain with the Spanish communist flag
also, you cannot have more than 3 puppet in the game but the puppet give you 50% of its resources and give you an extra for your army plus the puppet can serve as a buffer state the puppet state would add more strategy and new economic system
The annexation would transform a non-core province or city in a core province but for annexing a province it should have an 80% morale, and you should pay 25000 money, but it would produce like a core province it would make a better industrialization, and it would make map more beautiful like Ireland who is taken by the UK and have stripe or thing like that
3)Volunteer
The volunteer were a big part of WW2 just for example the blue division on the soviet front or the division Charlemagne just to name a few the rules would be that a volunteer army can be sent by an allie but the allie who sent the volunteer will not enter in war with the enemy of your allie, so you can help your allie whitout being in war the volunteer could be any unit except boat, missile and nuclear bomb the volunteer army cannot be larger than 10 or 15 troops this would add more rp and a way to enter a war with powerful enemy, but you could help your allie.
Second part
1)Coastal gun
the coastal gun would have a better range than the artillery and would do good damage against ship the coastal were a big part of WW2 because they were on many beach and fortification like the Atlantic wall iwo jima and other with the coastal gun the player could protect his shore
2)alpine infantry
alpine infantry were and is still a unit which is used so the alpine infantry would have really good damage in the mountain and in the hill and should be the fastest unit in the mountain this unit could protect and serve as scout in the mountain were a lot of units are weak
3)amphibious infantry
this unit would be perfect for invasion by sea it would land in one hour on a coast without a port and would do a little more damage than the infantry they should be good in the city and on the plain
third part
1)ranked map
first ranked map would make the game more balanced and fun because it is annoying when you enter a game where there is some player who are lvl 180 and when you are lvl 30 it is not fun because he destroys you in one day, and you don't even have a chance on the other hand the game you be more fun with the high lvl player playing between them it would make map more competitive and would let the new player learn the game without being destroyed by big lvl player the rank could be in three part the new from lvl 1 to lvl 40 the mid to lvl 40 to lvl 90 and the high from lvl 90 to all the other lvl because i hink when you're lvl 90 you know the game very well, so it would be good in my opinion
2)revolt change
just a little thing but when a province revolt for the country with the best morale or reputation near them make horrible bordergore, so it would be good if it could be removed from the game
3)new economy
I think the economy is broken because now the upkeep has no purpose, but before it was very important in the 1.0 and some country were in negative with their production, and it was realist, first a higher upkeep would give a big advantage to the Comintern and would push the player to build a good economy and I think when you are in negative of certain resource like petrol or food you're unit can't move like the tank if there is no petrol or loose some hp if there is no food and other. another thing is the resource on the map I think all city produce of each resource like now but in the province the resource would be different in any country for example France would produce a lot of food but Romania would produce a lot of oil and Germany a lot of metal, so it would give some area a strategic advantage, and it would develop trade between the nation.
