If I'm playing against a Millionaire he has a lot of company and If he likes paying money to game NO LİMİT what can I do in game ? he can join 10 game at the same time and he can spend 999999 gold for every map

at the moment I'm fighting with a player I looked our war results A- 20.000 loses B- 125.000 loses it seems ok ? I dont think so I Have 34 planes I caught his planes while they are refueling He had 25 air planes I destroyed all of them after this he built a new plane group include 38 plane in one hour I attacked his harbour with my 25 submarine totally I have I killed 5 destroyer after this he built 8 cruiser 11 destroyer in one hour from one harbour and he contiunes to it

From Another Side - Reveal All Armies 1650 Gold Destroy Resources 2000 Gold bla bla Click Click Click Click maybe he doesnt want to spend his money to be president of country If he want to be winner in map he can do 999999 tanks and he can send them this is enough

My Question If a Millionaire play this game What Can I Do outside of inflicting losses to him Why Always I have to close map after a big war ?? build 5 level fortress bring anti tanks anti-air tanks he is a millionaire NO Limit
