Ok, first off. Thanks to the guys at Bytro for fixing what was a major incident in pretty quick time. Well done!
Now most of us were left without COW for the longest time of our lives, ever!.
The feeling we had was not nice was it? Well in order to let Bytro know how much we love the game and how bad we feel when it's not there, post a meme/gif with how you felt during the outage

I understand the inconvenience but it's not something that's it's preventable or intentionally done. If you have some understand about programming or done some programming yourself. Sometime we try to fixed a minor error or do a minor update, we will end up with another bigger bugs to fixed. BTW, Bytro have apologize for it and give us 7500 gold as a token for our inconvenience.
On my part I will just say thank you for gold. It's really not something that's really inconvenience me at all.

I was lucky in that the only game I am currently playing is a non-competitive "friendly" match. If I had been playing a competitive game, in which being locked out for 12 hours very easily could have been the difference between winning and losing the match, I would have been miffed.

OK Guys,
I said post a meme

I don't know anything about memes, but I was able to get online at 4am and my enemy didn't get online until 7am.
In that time I captured his airbase with 27 interceptors.
During the outage the enemy had advanced considerably taking 9 provinces, and he missed my allies similar stack of planes by one province.

That does not mean he was online, troops were simply carrying on with previous attack orders.

Correct he set his group of 40 troops in a big loop shortly before the outage when war broke out. Had he chosen to march through that airbase province instead it would have been our coalition with the bigger loss of planes due to ground units.
It was nerve wracking, because we had been in a "cold war" with that coalition for nearly a week, and we had just made the opening move perhaps an hour before when it locked up.
