Intel sharing is a feature of the premium accounts. If a player doesn’t have it, they can’t share intel but can benefit from others’ shared intel.

Intel Sharing
How is it possible that I can share my intel with someone and they cannot share their intel with me? Is the intel sharing feature between countries limited to one to the other but not vice versa? I don't get it.
