Is country A declaring war or not when attack country B's province that have my men on it
So if country B have RoW with me and i have my men on one of his provinces, and then country A comes in and attack country B's province that have my men on it first, will it show on player A screen that he is declaring war with both of us or just country B. And if it just show that he is declaring war with country B then what will happen to my men on that province when country A men reached to that province.

you have to remove your troops from country B. Or else the enemy will be forced to attack you when he takes the province.

And no, player A does not get some kind of warning; he will just be "declaring war" on you when he finds your troops there.
