Join/Win ratio

Is join/win ratio important because a lot of times I join games but leave because they get boring, should I restart and play one game at a time so my ratio is good or does it not matter?

It is merely for your pride. Generally speaking, I play most of my games till the end, hence my higher join/win ratio, but if you feel a game has become boring, it's all fine if you want to leave.

A low join/win ratio could mean one of two things:

1) You quit games a lot despite being a good player (a recent opponent I had joined 150 games and won none despite having a 2.1 k/d)

2) You aren't very good at the game (but a low k/d would reflect this much better)
