Louisiana On The Homefront Map

For some reason players can't play as Louisiana in the Homefront map! I am from Louisiana and I know a lot of people who play this game who are from Louisiana. Just make the province of Lake Charles a city and add Cameron Parish as a new Parish. New Orleans and Baton Rouge are both big enough cities. I certainly wouldn't mind starting with a disadvantage if it meant that I could play as my home state.
