If you hover over manpower it will show production and consumption. Which of either of these seem off? If you do (production - consumption) / 24 that should give the /hour rate you see under the in stock amount. Are you saying production or consumption is wrong or that in stock amount isn't increasing at the rate it says?
Manpower Issues
I'm playing on a Europe-Clash of Nations map as Southern United States and have taken over North America. Morale levels are good, I've built out all core cities to lvl 5 industry and lvl 3 recruiting centers. I've also built out several high manpower producing core provinces to lvl 3 recruiting centers. I notice the daily totals for manpower in these provinces have skyrocketed. I don't see this reflected in my overall manpower, it's just remaining flat. My daily demands for manpower are well below my total production rate. Anyone else experience this?

Production and consumption don't necessarily seem off, I just never see an increase in the hourly rate in the top bar, no matter how many high manpower producing provinces I build out with recruitment centers. The province rates (daily) go from 450+ to well over a thousand yet this doesn't seem to be reflected in the hourly rate in the top bar. I'm building units, but hardly that many.
The province rates are per day. If you sum them up they should equal the production listed when you hover over man power. To get the hourly rate (shown without hovering) divide by 24 (production-consumption)/24.
And(im pretty sure) current armies take a certain ammount of Manpower each day, the more troops you make the more manpower being used.
Yeah, that's the consumption figures.
