Has anyone been experiencing manpower shortages early onto the game in the allied doctrine?
All doctrines have manpower shortages if you don’t build recruiting centers. Since they changed the starting manpower amounts recently, I started focusing on picking one city and building recruiting centers immediately. Get it up to level two the first day, then level three the second.
I just spam recruiting centres in core provinces that don't carry any resources. Sacrifice early game for the mid game
I would say the priority of building recruiting centers should be on core cities before you go for core provinces without resource production. RCs cost the same no matter where you put it, so there really isn't a point spending resources to build in a place when there are better options for that.Nadda wrote:

I couldn’t agree more. RCs aren’t like industry where the ROI between rural and urban is nonexistent. With RCs, always max out urban first.Ryan04px2025 wrote:
