Mobile gold

Has anyone noticed? I got the rare opportunity to open my phone yesterday. I found that the gold of the 8th advertisement was replaced by boosters.

Yes, of course I have!

Not a good change

On mine it was reduced from 1,700 to 850.

Shit, they permanently removed it and replaced it with more cards for me. Hell…

Personally kind of like how they removed the gold from ads as I never really spent that gold in the first place, though I do get that some would dislike this. But now I guess it will become really obvious on which users were reliant on ads to succeed and which ones were actually paying for it.

Say hi on the discord <3.

It’s bad because people will no longer be able to quickly scrape enough gold together to join custom maps… so sad.

At least nobody will be able to save up gold from ads and spam it all in a game. But with some gold in hand you can fight gold spammers, at least until you use them up.

Free gold is better than paid having a monopoly, though.

I never even see ads.

They are a mobile thing, and I believe some regions don't allow them.
