Multi Accounts

I'm assuming using a multi account is cheating in this game since it is in other similar games I have played. I think there is someone in my game with two accounts. What should I do?

It is. One problem with this is that I and my brother play, and we have been reported before.

you must report the player you think is ussing multiaccounts

diplomacy > i > report player
