My Day One of the event, Cheating ?

I would like to ask if this is okay.

I started my new map game, and there are now 16 players listed and I join this map game area. When at the start of my, FIRST DAY, game and made coalition from my team who is also on his FIRST DAY. Me and my mate is on its first day. And then suddenly enemy player is now attacking us. The enemy is now with MEDIUM TANK, level 1. Is it possible that there is some premium from my enemy with MEDIUM TANK level 1 whom he is currently using, As we know that MEDIUM TANK can only be researched on FOURTH DAY.
