you never can catch enemy in a bad position
- he can build a level 5 fortress before 5 second from fight with booster cards
- when you destroyed airstrip , he can build airstrip again immediately
- you cant attack any enemy city without bombing it until %0 morale and look with high level scout units
and many similar situation
- build a naval base , produce many submarines and say bye bye to enemy cruisers and convoys , enemy sent spies to you before disembark but it is useless , spies are useless now , you will never be sure
Stop being so paranoid, @Undaunted! Not that many people are loaded with tons of bonds and booster cards to burn. And not everyone would splash out their WBs + BCards to counter an invasion. And for the spies concern, I blanket my provinces with counter-epsionage
